Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between David Walker Parfum (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) placing an order through www.davidwalker.com, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce legislation of the Republic of Turkey (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the products selected by the Buyer on the Website, as detailed in the order summary provided at the time of purchase.

3. Order & Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount indicated at checkout, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. Payment is processed securely upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the timeframes outlined in our Delivery Information page. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing at hello@davidwalker.com within the withdrawal period. Products must be returned within 10 days of the withdrawal notification.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Opened or used fragrance products, due to hygiene and consumer protection regulations.
Customised or personalised orders.

7. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be directed to our customer care team. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with Turkish law.

9. Acceptance

By completing a purchase on our website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
