Delivery Information

Every David Walker Parfum order is carefully prepared and dispatched with the attention to detail that our fragrances deserve. Below you will find all the information you need regarding our delivery options and timelines.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of the World: 5–14 business days

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges, depending on the regulations of the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders shipped to the European Union from outside the EU with a total value not exceeding €150 are not exempt from VAT. In addition, as of 1 July 2026, a fixed customs duty of €3 applies to each distinct customs tariff category within such consignments. Responsibility for paying applicable taxes and charges may vary depending on current regulations and the customs declaration method used.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
